At the restaurant we’ll be hosting special events of all sorts. Here you’ll find that we’re challenging ourselves with different themes, so you as guest will experience something all together different from our regular menus. There we’ll be room for exploration and experimentation, but also celebration of tradition and classic gastronomic virtues.

Tuesday the 14th of February will be an evening in the name of love at Restaurant domæne. We invite you to join us in our celebration of the ingredients that we love the most. We will be serving a menu consisting of 10 servings, where you’ll experience brand new dishes created specially for the occasion, showcasing the style of our kitchen, which in a creative way brings a traditional sense of taste and well-being into the modern Nordic cuisine.
Where there is no wine, there is no love, so we will be pairing the menu with a selection of wines from Sigurd Müllers Vinhandel, and we will also be offering a non-alcoholic partner for the menu, should you wish it.

Winemaker's dinner with Charles Sparr
On Wednesday March 8th we’re happy to receive winemaker Charles Sparr from Alsace, and for this occasion we’re opening the restaurant for a special night, where Charles will introduce his wines, and where we’ll be accompanying these with a menu of app. 10 servings.
Alsace is one of the most important regions in France, when it comes to gastronomy, and the wines are phenomenally food friendly. Wine is made from 7 different grape varieties and the region represents both sparkling, white, red and dessert wines so there’s lots of variety.
The event is hosted in collaboration with the Danish importer Sigurd Müllers Vinhandel.
